What is a real estate valuation?

Real estate valuation is the action of evaluating the value or rent of a property at a given moment.

How do you go about valuing my property?

There are different valuation methods depending on the nature of the property (home, business, office, etc.). In housing, the most common method is the comparison method. We will search our databases for properties with characteristics similar to yours, rented over the last 6 months.

What are the risks of a bad valuation of the rent of a property?

The valuation of a property is decisive in the marketing period. If the rent is too high, the landlord will only get a few visits. Thus, the property is likely to remain on the market for a long time and to arouse the suspicion of tenants. It will suffer successive rent cuts. If the rent initially set is too low, it is not advantageous for the landlord and it may also cause distrust on the part of the tenants.

Who are diagnoses for?

What is a lease?
